You'll be the strategic executor for the CEO - driving high-impact initiatives that expand our reach, amplify our brand, and help us achieve our mission of impacting 1 million immigrant families. Every project you manage, every campaign you launch, every strategic initiative you execute directly contributes to changing lives and keeping families together. You'll bridge the gap between vision and execution, working directly with the CEO to turn ambitious ideas into measurable results. Ideal Candidate: 5-8 years of project management experience with demonstrated success in sales and/or marketing environments Strategic execution skills - you can take a CEO's vision and translate it into actionable project plans with clear milestones Sales/Marketing acumen - deep understanding of go-to-market strategies, campaign development, lead generation, or brand building Tech-savvy - proficient with project management tools, CRM systems, and marketing platforms Passion for our mission - you don't need to know immigration law, but you should care deeply about helping immigrant families achieve freedom Exceptional communication - you'll interface with executives, vendors, and cross-functional teams while representing our brand Results-driven mindset - you thrive on hitting deadlines, achieving KPIs, and driving projects to successful completion
