You'll be the strategic executor for the CEO - driving high-impact initiatives that expand our reach, amplify our brand, and help us achieve our mission of impacting 1 million immigrant families. Every project you manage, every campaign you launch, every strategic initiative you execute directly contributes to changing lives and keeping families together. You'll bridge the gap between vision and execution, working directly with the CEO to turn ambitious ideas into measurable results. Ideal Candidate: 5-8 years of project management experience with demonstrated success in sales and/or marketing environments Strategic execution skills - you can take a CEO's vision and translate it into actionable project plans with clear milestones Sales/Marketing acumen - deep understanding of go-to-market strategies, campaign development, lead generation, or brand building Tech-savvy - proficient with project management tools, CRM systems, and marketing platforms Passion for our mission - you don't need to know immigration law, but you should care deeply about helping immigrant families achieve freedom Exceptional communication - you'll interface with executives, vendors, and cross-functional teams while representing our brand Results-driven mindset - you thrive on hitting deadlines, achieving KPIs, and driving projects to successful completion

  • Strategic Project Leadership Manage and execute high-priority CEO initiatives including firm expansion, brand campaigns, speaking engagements, podcast production, and strategic partnerships
  • Develop project plans, timelines, and success metrics for sales and marketing initiatives
  • Own end-to-end project delivery from concept through launch and post-launch analysis
  • Sales & Marketing Project Management Coordinate marketing campaigns, product launches, and client acquisition strategies
  • Manage vendor relationships, creative agencies, and external partners
  • Track project performance against KPIs and provide data-driven recommendations for optimization
  • Executive Collaboration Serve as the CEO's strategic partner on key business initiatives
  • Translate executive vision into actionable project roadmaps
  • Provide regular status updates and proactive problem-solving on project challenges
  • Cross-Functional Coordination Lead cross-departmental collaboration across sales, marketing, legal, and operations teams
  • Facilitate stakeholder meetings and ensure alignment on project goals and timelines
  • Manage communication flow between CEO and internal/external stakeholders
  • Operational Excellence Implement project management best practices and systems to improve efficiency
  • Anticipate roadblocks and develop contingency plans
  • Ensure projects stay on time, on budget, and aligned with strategic objectives
  • 5-8 years of project management experience in sales, marketing, or business development roles
  • Proven track record managing multiple complex projects simultaneously
  • Experience with project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, or similar)
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data and make strategic recommendations
  • Proficiency with project management software and collaboration tools
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating across teams
