About The Position

InProduction is the leading provider of temporary seating, staging, structures, and scenic production for the U.S. live events industry. The Project Manager for Tent and Mezzanine Installation will be responsible for the overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control, and completion of specific projects, ensuring consistency with company strategy, commitments, and goals. The ideal candidate will have experience in tent installation and a background in special events or sports management. The Project Manager will take ownership of projects, manage budgets, and ensure timely completion while maintaining high standards of communication and coordination with all stakeholders involved. This role requires a proactive approach to managing project scope, timelines, and resources, ensuring that all aspects of the project are executed efficiently and effectively. The Project Manager will also be involved in the planning and execution phases of projects, including interpreting drawings, reviewing client contracts, and managing labor projections. They will need to maintain regular communication with senior management regarding project status and any significant changes. The position requires frequent travel to outdoor worksites, and the Project Manager will be expected to wear safety clothing and equipment as necessary.
