We are looking for a skilled and experienced Project Manager / Process Specialist to strengthen our Technical Operations team in New York. The ideal candidate has a solid background in project management, ideally within AdTech, technology, or consulting industry, and a proven ability to improve processes for productivity and efficiency. In this role, you will report to the Senior Director, Technical Operations – Americas and collaborate closely with local and global teams to implement best practices, streamline workflows, and ensure successful execution of high-value initiatives. This position also contributes to global projects and cross-regional initiatives.

  • Contribute to the development and implementation of best practices and standardized processes to deliver best-in-class support.
  • Lead and coordinate key operational projects to improve execution, visibility, and collaboration across teams.
  • Manage project timelines, documentation, and communication between internal stakeholders.
  • Facilitate collaboration and alignment between regional and global teams.
  • Coordinate complex projects and technical onboardings for large enterprise partners, ensuring smooth execution and cross-team alignment.
  • Support performance tracking and continuous improvement of workflows and tools.
  • Promote efficient use of project management systems such as Jira and Confluence.
  • Apply agile or hybrid project management frameworks when suitable to enhance collaboration and delivery.
  • Oversee Jira workflows and assignments, ensuring requests are properly routed, prioritized, and followed up within the team.
  • Partner with other departments on enterprise or global-scale initiatives requiring cross-functional coordination.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Management, Business, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of project management or operations experience, ideally within the AdTech, technology, or media industry.
  • Strong understanding of project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Jira, Confluence, or similar).
  • Analytical, organized, and proactive in driving process improvement.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a collaborative mindset.
  • Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Curious and detail-oriented, with a continuous improvement approach to workflows and team performance.
