The Tech & Public Policy Program at the McCourt School of Public Policy is seeking a motivated Project Manager to oversee the planning and execution of two training cohorts for the Congressional Digital Government Fellowship, a grant funded project that is expected to end in August of 2026. The project goal is to pilot two six-week bipartisan fellowships for Congressional staff to learn about the role of emerging technology in public policy outcomes, such as how to ensure technology supports and does not impede policy outcomes. Participants will have opportunities to connect, socialize and network, with the additional goal of building lasting relationships within each session. Each cohort will span 8-12 weeks, running from June 2025 to August 2026. The Program Manager is a part-time role that will focus on the day-to-day operations of the fellowship, including recruiting for fellows, coordinating the sessions (6 per session for a total of 12), and managing communication with fellows, faculty and external stakeholders.
