Experience managing changes/improvements to existing products, whether at different sites, changing materials, or product cycles. The resource must be able to ensure continuous component availability, address any production or quality issues, and implement design changes or improvements. AS A PIECE OF FITS, YOU WILL: (The day-to-day on the job) Lead sustainability projects, ensuring alignment with corporate sustainability strategies and regulatory requirements. Develop and manage project plans and timelines. Partner with cross-functional teams. Drive continuous improvement initiatives related to sustainability, including procedure updates and process revalidations Coordinate with global and local teams to share best practices and ensure alignment across multiple sites. Prepare and deliver project reports, metrics, and presentations to senior leadership and stakeholders. Ensure projects are executed in compliance with FDA, ISO, and other relevant medical device regulations. WHO WE ARE: We are a Service Provider company different from the rest. Requirements
