Within Meta our Global Operations team aims to create a safe, inclusive environment for the people building community on our platforms by understanding the impacts of global and local trends and addressing and preventing negative experiences. The Surfaces Operations team within Integrity and Support Operations strives to keep our platforms safe. This team plays a crucial role for Integrity across our apps such as Facebook, Messenger, Instagram and Threads. You will work directly with our cross-functional team (engineering, product, Policy, etc.), as well as all of the teams within Global Operations, to execute global projects from inception to launch. This team manages core operations across multiple Integrity abuse areas, developing and implementing process, product, and policy improvements that enable us to support our community and prevent real-world harm. We count on our project managers to deliver both qualitative and quantitative insight into user behavior in order to harm reduction and support at scale. You will generate insights and optimize the labelling process. You will play a pivotal role in the development of AI and ML models, ensuring the accuracy and relevance across both integrity and support use cases.
