The position involves working closely with Systems, Analytics, and Business Owners on projects submitted by Technical Operations. This includes planning, reporting, and collaboration with vendors and suppliers. The role requires building and maintaining relationships with Hertz field personnel and local and corporate vendor personnel. Additionally, the candidate will work with Systems & Analytics to identify problem locations with high or long out-of-service levels and build action plans with vendors to ensure actions are executed to reduce out-of-service times. The candidate will facilitate weekly touchpoint meetings with all suppliers and review and report on the program during daily calls with the maintenance team. They will also identify models trending up in out-of-service and work with the materials team to secure a supply of glass from suppliers. The candidate will create and manage a detailed project work plan for each project and manage project portfolios, including allocating resources and reporting progress to goals.
