(GA-ASI), an affiliate of General Atomics, is a world leader in proven, reliable remotely piloted aircraft and tactical reconnaissance radars, as well as advanced high-resolution surveillance systems. Under limited direction and minimal review, the Project Manager Supervisor is responsible for leading and coordinating the operational and strategic aspects of multiple projects and personnel within the hardware functional areas of development and test in the Electrical Engineering Department. The incumbent will oversee project planning, scheduling, and execution across multidisciplinary teams, while also developing and implementing process improvements and tools to enhance performance, visibility, and efficiency. This role will serve as a key liaison between engineering, program management, manufacturing, and executive leadership, providing strategic input and ensuring program commitments are met. Assignments are often defined in terms of objectives, with latitude for determining the best approach. Work is reviewed for long-term results, soundness of technical and management judgment, and effectiveness in meeting department and program goals.
