About The Position

We are seeking a results-driven and experienced Project Manager to join our Consumer Business Group (CBG) team. This position will report directly to the CBG R&D COE Leader and will be pivotal in driving growth and delivering results through the enhancement of our Project Management Office (PMO). The ideal candidate will bring mentorship, rigor, and best practices to our project management processes, ensuring alignment with our strategic objectives and contributing to the overall success of the organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution.
• Five (5) years of experience in a product development or commercialization role (lab, manufacturing or marketing) with experience in project leadership in a private, public or military environment.
• Two (2) years of experience in project management.

• Experience with 3M Grow.
• Demonstrated leadership skills with experience in supervising and developing project management teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• PMP or similar project management certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team of project managers within the CBG PMO, focusing on optimizing project delivery and driving growth.
• Develop and implement standardized project management methodologies and tools to ensure consistency and efficiency across projects.
• Provide mentorship and support to project managers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and Areas to ensure successful project execution and alignment with organizational goals, driving tangible results.
• Assist the CBG R&D COE Leader in strategic planning and execution of key initiatives that contribute to the growth and success of the organization.
