About The Position

The Project Manager for Structural Steel at Nino Development will oversee commercial steel construction projects valued up to $50 million. This role serves as the primary point of contact between the client and the construction team, ensuring effective communication and project execution. The Project Manager will influence the safety culture and make critical decisions regarding cost and schedule management.

Requirements

• Minimum 2+ years of commercial structural steel erection experience.
• Strong relationships with regional and national general contractors.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineering preferred but not required.
• Strong communication skills with clients, contractors, and design consultants.
• Experience with Tekla and Bluebeam.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in project management for amusement parks, stadiums, hotels, schools, and warehouses.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and direct project schedules and budgets for successful completion of each project.
• Set up and implement job procedures and techniques to assure timely buyout, shop drawing approval, and material delivery.
• Develop and maintain good relationships with Owners, Architects, and General Contractors.
• Provide clients with value-engineered solutions when applicable.
• Work with Superintendents to develop safety plans and implement safety procedures.
• Manage project deliverables.
• Oversee and mentor project staff to foster a positive team setting.
