Requirements

  • Associates degree required, Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 3 years of experience in healthcare consulting or management experience.
  • 2 years of experience in one or more of the following: process improvement, project management, or related experience.

Responsibilities

  • Provide project management and support for Adventist Health System's Corporate Communication and Marketing Departments.
  • Ensure the successful execution of company-wide projects and campaigns by ensuring smooth and effective workflows and meeting established deadlines.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for cross functional projects and campaigns; manage relationships and expectations with cross functional teams.
  • Help develop project timelines and production calendars based on strategic prioritization, planning and resource utilization.
  • Plan and manage deliverables for projects and campaigns.
  • Oversee strategic planning and successful execution of projects and campaigns from inception to final product.
  • Actively participate in regular newsroom and editorial meetings with regional marketing partners and content team.
  • Facilitate strong communication within the team; work with sub-team leads to identify and delegate tasks to appropriate team members.
  • Identify issues, manage stakeholder expectations, and offer recommendations for creative solutions or workarounds.
  • Develop an overall project view with an eye on critical priorities to help move projects along and mitigate issues.
  • Maintain constant communication with stakeholders and have a firm understanding of their initiatives.
  • Coordinate with in-house creative teams to produce required assets for campaigns.
  • Navigate all projects through the appropriate approval process.
  • Lead team meetings to review current projects, strategize new projects, determine priorities and establish deadlines.
  • Lead post-mortem meetings to evaluate project and campaign outcomes, KPIs, and continuous improvement efforts.
