Requirements
- The Austin Hustle: You are self-motivated, competitive, and ready to win.
- The Rig: A pickup truck is required (or the ability to get one within 60 days) to carry your ladder and gear.
- The Grit: Comfortable climbing ladders and working outdoors in the Texas weather.
- The Vibe: Strong communication skills and a "neighbor-first" attitude.
- The Basics: Valid Driver’s License and a clean driving record.
Responsibilities
- Local Outreach: Canvass Austin-area neighborhoods to identify roof damage and offer free inspections.
- Consultative Sales: Educate homeowners on the insurance process (be the "good guy" who helps them get a new roof for just their deductible).
- Project Leadership: Oversee the build from start to finish, ensuring the quality that Heritage is known for.
- Network: Build a referral base in the community that keeps your pipeline full year-round.
