About The Position

The Project Manager Sr (PM) is responsible for managing, directing and overseeing the operations and administration of assigned projects and programs. The PM provides visible leadership, accountability and authority over high profile projects and programs delivered to Insight clients or internal leadership. The PM works independently and exhibits a high degree of initiative in resolving problems encountered and developing recommended solutions. Along the way, you will get to: Lead and Manage Projects & Programs Provides visible leadership and independent oversight of high‑profile client and internal projects; manages milestone completion, resources, financial budgets, and develops full project schedules. Drive Best Practices, Standards & Change Management Works with internal leadership to implement best practices and methodologies, ensuring proper change management processes to maintain profitability and customer satisfaction. Support Business Development & Client Engagement Assists Sales in business development, contributes to Statements of Work (SOW), responds to RFPs, and presents project management capabilities to prospective clients while maintaining strong client relationships.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree and 10 years of related IT services or professional services experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • PMP certification required within 6 months; strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, MS Project, MS Project Server, and SharePoint.
  • Must demonstrate strong leadership, written and verbal communication skills, customer relationship management, and the ability to manage technical resources across multiple concurrent projects.
