The GIDE Operations Sr. Specialist role will bring crucial expertise in organizing, streamlining, and delivering multiple concurrent projects with precision, clarity, and measurable outcomes. This new project management role will allow us to translate high-level GIDE vision into tangible results, mitigate operational risks, and optimize resource allocation, ensuring that our team remains proactive rather than reactive and will ensure that ID&E are woven into the fabric of all we do. Internal Title: GIDE Operations Sr. Specialist. The GIDE Operations Sr. Specialist will report to the Sr. Program Manager GIDE Operations. Their remit is to oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of programs and initiatives within the Diversity and Inclusion team, with a specific focus on operational excellence and project delivery.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; project management certification preferred.
  • 3+ years in project management, preferably in HR or change management environment.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.

Responsibilities

  • Drive the lifecycle of key D&I projects, from ideation through implementation and evaluation.
  • Develop and manage end-to-end project plans for GIDE initiatives, ensuring deadlines, deliverables, and budgets are met.
  • Coordinate the operational calendar, including programs, communications to maximize team output and cohesion.
  • Implement and optimize tools, templates, and processes that scale ID&E operations and improve transparency and accountability.
  • Monitor progress, identify risks, and proactively resolve barriers to execution in collaboration with program owners.
  • Track and report on the impact of ID&E programs using quantitative and qualitative measures.
  • Facilitate meetings, ensure documentation of key decisions, and steward follow-up actions to completion.
  • Drive adoption of best practices in project management, knowledge management, and operational excellence across the team.
  • Strong PowerPoint skills and ability to deliver executive ready presentations that deliver key messaging and build trust and confidence in GIDE initiatives.
