About The Position

Join our dynamic Solutions team as a Program/Project Manager, where you'll lead transformative initiatives, drive cross-functional collaboration, and deliver impactful results that shape the future of our business. As a Program/Project Manager within the Solutions team, you will be a key driver in transforming strategic plans into tangible programs and projects, delivering impactful results across various business units. You will leverage your deep knowledge and expertise in project management to navigate complex issues, make informed decisions, and ensure the successful execution of programs. You will be involved in significant cross-functional collaboration, data analysis, and conflict management to align operations initiatives with business strategy. You will be responsible for building and leading diverse teams, delegating tasks effectively, and fostering an environment of continuous learning and growth. You will need to think strategically, adapt to change, and deliver excellent customer service, as these abilities will be crucial in this role.

Requirements

  • Seasoned experience with project management in the financial services industry
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize high volume, high priority initiatives
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Adept at working with colleagues at all levels, including senior management
  • Demonstrated bias for action, with creative problem-solving skills and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment
  • High level of independence, energy and integrity; demonstrates respect for diversity of thought

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelors' degree
  • Knowledge of Payments products and solutions
  • Expertise in Microsoft applications
  • Intermediate to Advanced level of PowerPoint
  • Experience using project management support tools such as Workfront

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage the Solutions Readiness process for assigned projects, coordinating with key stakeholders and internal partners across multiple LOBs to ensure successful delivery of new and enhanced solutions
  • Identify, track and drive completion of project deliverables using established tools
  • Provide project management support to assess impacts, provide strategic guidance, define requirements, identify risks and issues, and keep launches on track
  • Establish strong working relationships with product partners, as well as key stakeholder partners in service, implementations, marketing, legal, compliance, risk and controls to help drive the product delivery strategy
  • Track progress through Workfront system, assist in preparing stakeholder updates for management and conduct tollgates
