As a Project Manager for Software Development at Mariner Finance, you will be responsible for managing web application and Information Technology software development projects utilizing .Net, JavaScript, and SQL Server. Your role will involve identifying, recommending, and implementing project objectives, goals, timelines, technical requirements, and procedures throughout the project life cycle. You will ensure that all projects are planned and executed in alignment with the company's strategy, commitments, goals, and standards. Your experience in software delivery is critical, as you will need to understand the operational execution and challenges associated with building, enhancing, and modernizing enterprise web applications and automated solutions. This position requires a proactive approach to complex challenges, and you will be expected to consult with clients to solve their problems and transform their approach to requirements management and product ownership. In this role, you will lead multiple projects, ensuring quality results, timely delivery, and effective management of scope, schedule, budget, and customer satisfaction. You will utilize project management tools to track project variables and provide reporting and control activities. Your responsibilities will also include conducting project team meetings, consulting with stakeholders to elicit and model requirements, and developing comprehensive project plans and schedules. You will work closely with development teams to optimize project approaches and manage project change control procedures, ensuring effective communication and collaboration with all stakeholders.
