Front Signs is the largest sign-making company in Burbank, CA, specializing in a wide range of signage solutions for both commercial and residential projects. We are currently seeking an Experienced Project Manager to oversee the coordination of sign manufacturing projects from initiation through to delivery, installation, final inspection, and billing. This role is crucial in ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of our clients. The Project Manager will be responsible for daily reviews of project priorities, maintaining exceptional client service through clear communication, and evaluating and executing the scope of work. The Project Manager will verify that materials align with sales renderings, estimates, and purchase orders, making adjustments as necessary. They will prioritize and prepare weekly purchase order approvals, gather shipping dates for installation scheduling, and address any material issues with vendors. Additionally, the Project Manager will handle travel arrangements for installation crews, schedule equipment rentals and/or subcontractors, and forecast project installations based on vendor-provided shipping dates. They will also be responsible for invoicing projects one week prior to installation, reporting anticipated closures and funds, and entering installation schedules into the calendar while following up on the work. Maintaining direct communication with installation crews to track job progression is essential, as is coordinating daily schedules with the installation and manufacturing departments. The Project Manager will monitor, report, and resolve any go-back issues, manage project completion including final inspections for billing, and send closure emails to clients and internal staff to formalize job completion, ensuring readiness for invoicing and costing.
