About The Position

RESPEC, a nationally recognized, 100% employee-owned engineering consulting company is seeking an engineer to support design and project management services at our Dallas, Texas office, located in Richardson. This role will contribute to a wide range of water resources engineering projects including, planning, designing, management, and specialty services, and may contribute to other civil engineering projects. We are looking for a collaborative team player who consistently produces high-quality work, meets project requirements, delivers on schedule, and effectively manages multiple priorities.

Requirements

A Bachelor of Science degree in civil engineering or a related engineering field
A Professional Engineer license in Texas or ability to obtain within six months
A minimum of 10 years of experience designing engineering projects for public sector clients, including 3 years with project management responsibilities
Skilled in coordinating with multiple clients, review agencies, and design team members on an ongoing basis
Proficient with proposal writing, budgeting, and project financial management
Excellent oral and written communication skills
