About The Position
As the Project Manager Senior Associate, you will be responsible for managing projects within the JPMorgan Card Services organization. This role is situated within the Card Services Chief Administrative Office (Card CAO) and involves overseeing high-priority efforts that have significant financial, process, and organizational impacts. The position requires a strong ability to effectively communicate and interact with senior business leaders and other project and program sponsors across Card and other Lines of Business. You will need to quickly and comprehensively assess and address issues associated with supported initiatives, as well as identify and implement improvements within the overall project delivery process. In this role, you will work closely with senior business leadership to champion the employee experience and manage real estate activities within the Wilmington Corporate Center (WCC). Your responsibilities will include designing and executing WCC activities aimed at improving the employee experience, leading communication efforts to provide campus progress updates to WCC employees, and monitoring employee feedback for potential areas of improvement. Building and fostering strong partnerships across key functional business teams and other lines of business will be essential, as will partnering with Real Estate and dining services to manage and enhance common employee amenities. Additionally, you will extend WCC best practices to the Delaware hub and community/volunteer activities, providing proactive communication for management to understand needs, communicate status, and resolve conflicts. You will also be responsible for defining, discovering, documenting, or standardizing processes as appropriate, preparing summaries for finance and business leadership to communicate expense performance, and discussing risks and opportunities related to budgets and forecasts. Assisting the Business Practices Director with additional governance tasks and projects as needed will also be part of your role.
