In our Always Audit Ready & Risk Management team, we provide horizontal risk, process and project support for our Consumer and Financial Risk Management organizations. We strive to develop horizontal strategies to optimize how we work in a well managed, risk focused, and always audit ready way for both our clients and our customers. We're looking for a strategic, technically savvy Project Manager who thrives in fast-paced environments and excels at driving complex initiatives with cross-functional teams.   • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of technical projects across cross-functional teams
  • Drive technical projects based on defined priorities; ensure scope of deliverables and timelines are met; identify risks and issues and mitigate and/or escalate as needed
  • Build and apply structured engagement models - partnering closely with stakeholders to translate complex goals into clear, actionable workstreams that drive results
  • Navigate ambiguous or undefined ('whitespace') areas with a proactive and strategic approach, identifying opportunities and driving clarity and direction
  • Collaborate with various stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables
  • Effectively manage relationships with senior stakeholders, ensuring alignment and transparency throughout project lifecycle
  • Demonstrate outstanding communication and partnership skills which are essential for interacting and communicating with key stakeholders across all levels to manage, inform, and influence outcomes
  • Apply technical understanding to engage meaningfully with development teams, ensuring alignment between business goals and technical requirements
  • Partner with project customers to provide strategic and tactical thought partnership to effectively drive project delivery
  • Develop and maintain project and agile artifacts to ensure that the project is well managed and controlled
  • Facilitate agile ceremonies including daily sprint stand-ups, sprint planning, grooming and retrospectives
  • Apply project analytics agenda to drive change, including measuring KPIs and OKRs
  • Bachelor's degree or military experience
  • At least 2 years of experience using Microsoft Office or G-Suite
  • At least 2 years of Project Management experience
  • 3+ years of Project Management experience
  • Project Management Professional (PMP), Lean, Agile or Six Sigma certification
