About The Position

SAGE Integration Holdings is seeking a Project Manager to lead enterprise security technology and construction-related projects. This role manages schedules, budgets, technical teams, subcontractors, and customer relationships from project kickoff through system turnover. The ideal candidate has experience in construction or security technology project management and thrives in a hands-on, delivery-focused environment. SAGE Integration Holdings, LLC is a national security technology integrator with more than 30 years of experience delivering access control, video surveillance, and integrated security solutions. We partner with enterprise organizations to design, implement, and maintain mission-critical physical security systems using a consultative, risk-based approach. The Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and closing security technology and construction projects on time and within budget. This position oversees technical resources, subcontractors, documentation, and customer communication while ensuring quality, safety, and compliance with company standards.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of project management experience in construction, security systems, or technical integration environments.
  • Proven experience managing technical staff and subcontractors.
  • Strong organizational, scheduling, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
  • Ability to pass background, drug, and driving screenings.
  • Willingness to travel and work extended hours as required.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and manage project schedules, milestones, and deliverables.
  • Lead project kickoff and coordination meetings.
  • Assign and manage project engineers, technicians, and subcontractors.
  • Track project budgets, forecasts, and billing.
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation and reports.
  • Manage customer expectations regarding scope, schedule, and cost.
  • Ensure compliance with project implementation procedures.
  • Conduct final system testing and quality verification.
  • Complete project closeout and formal system turnover.
  • Support and evaluate technical team performance.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, service, and leadership teams.
  • Adapt to changing project requirements and priorities.
  • Maintain confidentiality and professional conduct at all times.
