About The Position

The A.C.Coy company has an immediate opening for a Senior Project Manager/ Scrum Master. Ideal candidates must have 10+ years of IT project management experience that include managing projects with multiple tracks utilizing Agile and Waterfall methodology. This Senior Project manager will be responsible for managing the implementation of a new Config, Price & Quote system. We have selected the Symetri Ruler product and framework which will optimize and streamline the generation process, ensuring pricing accuracy and enhancing the overall customer experience.

Requirements

10+ years of project management experience
Knowledge of standard PM tools (MS Project Professional, SharePoint, Visio, MS Office Suite)
Working knowledge of JIRA

Nice To Haves

PMP - Preferred
Experience with CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) implementation or development (Symetri Ruler, Oracle, SAP, Experlogix, dealhub) - Preferred
Agile certifications to include: CSM, CSP, PMP or Lean Six Sigma - Preferred
Possesses a business and systems acumen of the Building and Construction industry - Preferred

Responsibilities

Under direction of IT PMO/Program Manager, responsible for managing all aspects of the project lifecycle and is the single point of contact for this project
Manage the delivery of this large and complex multi-disciplinary project within a predetermined budget, scope, and schedule without falling short on high quality standards
The skills and ability to take this project from original concept through final implementation while achieving the desired business results
Able to manage multiple workstreams within the CPQ Project framework and ensure project details are defined and deliverables met
If applicable able to work within a Scrum environment to plan and deliver incremental software in defined sprints
Managing the backlog, facilitating meetings, and coaching the Agile process will be involved on a day-to-day level
Identify areas where we can improve delivery, increase velocity, and have better overall user experience
Facilitating team meetings, including the Daily Stand-up / Scrum, Grooming Session, Sprint Planning, Sprint Review / Demo, and Sprint Retrospective
Promotes adherence to Agile software development best practices and acts as an Agile coach to the project team
Conduct ongoing IT audit tests as part of organization’s risk management protocols
Define, and implement key metrics to ensure all phases and tracks remain on schedule and within budget
Responsible for tracking project cost to plan
