Requirements

  • Education: BA/BS in related field or the equivalent combination of education, professional training, or work experience
  • Required Experience: 1+ years of related experience
  • Required Technical Skills: Experience with Scrum Master/Agile/Kanban; Jira, Confluence, and Atlassian tools; SharePoint, MS Office (including MS Project)
  • US Residency: Applicants shall have lived in the United States at least three (3) out of the last five (5) years prior to submitting an application for a Federal ID Card

  • Prior Agile project experience in the federal space

Responsibilities

  • Foster a collaborative, high-energy team environment focused on delivering high-value solutions
  • Drive effective sprint execution by ensuring clear priorities, strong team alignment, and disciplined Agile practices
  • Enhance transparency and accountability through accurate documentation of sprint plans, release plans, team agreements, and retrospectives
  • Strengthen communication between stakeholders, product management, and development teams to ensure shared understanding and successful outcomes
  • Proactively resolve conflicts and escalate issues appropriately to maintain delivery momentum
  • Empower teams to take collective ownership of committed work across analysis, development, testing, and documentation
  • Improve delivery predictability by tracking team capacity and performance metrics, enabling data-driven decisions
  • Support organizational Agile maturity by coaching teams and reinforcing SAFe principles and continuous improvement practices
