About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager / Scrum Master with strong domain expertise in Healthcare Supply Chain to lead cross-functional teams in delivering high-impact projects. The ideal candidate will have a blend of Agile and traditional project management experience, with a proven track record in managing complex supply chain transformation initiatives, integrations, and technology-driven solutions in the healthcare sector.

Requirements

• 8+ years of project management experience, including 3+ years as a Scrum Master.
• Strong background in Healthcare Supply Chain, including exposure to Procurement, Inventory Management, Logistics, and Distribution Systems.
• Experience with ERP platforms (e.g., Oracle, SAP, Infor, Workday Supply Chain).
• Integration with EHR/EMR or clinical systems.
• Proficient in Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and PM tools (Jira, Azure DevOps, MS Project, Confluence).
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
• Experience managing cross-functional and multi-vendor teams.
• Strong understanding of project financials, risk management, and governance processes.

Nice To Haves

• Certifications: PMP, CSM, SAFe Scrum Master, PMI-ACP.
• Experience working with Healthcare Providers, Payers, or Supply Chain organizations.
• Familiarity with Data Analytics, Cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), or Integration Middleware in healthcare environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project delivery using Agile/Scrum or hybrid methodologies.
• Partner with business stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams to define scope, roadmap, and priorities.
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies – sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog grooming, sprint review, and retrospectives.
• Manage multiple concurrent projects ensuring on-time, within scope, and within budget delivery.
• Oversee supply chain application implementations, integrations (ERP, procurement, inventory, logistics, etc.), and enhancements.
• Track project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Ensure alignment with healthcare compliance and regulatory standards (HIPAA, FDA, etc.).
• Prepare and present project status reports and dashboards to senior leadership.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and accountability within Agile teams.
• Manage vendor relationships and coordinate third-party dependencies as required.
