- Lead APO, OBP and S4 HANA projects focusing on Demand Planning and Supply Chain optimization
Responsibilities
- Ensure adherence to scope, schedule, cost, and quality baselines using PM best practices (PM 101).
- Manage full project lifecycle: requirement gathering, blueprinting, design, configuration, testing, deployment, and support.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and vendors to ensure project success by chasing dependencies.
- Manage dependencies across multiple vendors and parallel programs impacting IBP testing and deployment cycles.
- Coordinate resources, timelines, budgets, and risk mitigation throughout project phases.
- Manage stakeholder communications, status reporting, and change management activities.
