About The Position

We are seeking a high-caliber, results-driven Project Manager to lead a critical digital transformation. You will oversee the implementation of our future-state architecture, specifically focusing on the end-to-end "Quote-to-Cash" lifecycle. This role requires a unique blend of deep Salesforce CPQ expertise and financial systems literacy to bridge the gap between Sales and Finance operations.

Requirements

  • Salesforce Partner Pedigree: Extensive experience working at a Salesforce Implementation Partner (SI). You understand the "consultative" rhythm of high-stakes deployments.
  • CPQ Subject Matter Expertise: You must have served as the lead Project Manager on at least two (2) full-lifecycle Salesforce CPQ implementations.
  • Revenue Operations Knowledge: Proven knowledge of Revenue Cloud, including Contract Management and sophisticated Product Lifecycle Management.
  • Financial Systems Literacy: Hands-on experience managing NetSuite implementations, specifically regarding billing, invoicing, and revenue recognition modules.
  • Agile Leadership: Ability to manage complex backlogs, sprint planning, and UAT (User Acceptance Testing) in a fast-paced environment.
  • Work Schedule: Must reside in the Pacific Time Zone or be strictly committed to working Pacific Time (PT) hours, Monday through Friday.

Nice To Haves

  • Active Salesforce Certified CPQ Specialist
  • PMP Certification.
  • A "bridge-builder" mentality—you can speak "Sales" to the VPs and "GAAP" to the Controllers.
  • Experience navigating the nuances of managing multiple teams to work towards the same goals, on time and on budget

Responsibilities

  • Strategic Implementation: Project Manager for the full lifecycle implementation of Salesforce Revenue Cloud, specifically focusing on Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), CPQ, and Contract Management.
  • ERP Integration: Orchestrate the implementation/optimization of the NetSuite Billing module, ensuring seamless data flow and reconciliation from Salesforce.
  • Stakeholder Orchestration: Act as the primary liaison between Sales Operations, Finance, Legal, and IT to align business requirements with technical delivery.
  • Project Governance: Manage project timelines, resource allocation, risk mitigation, and budget tracking. You will be responsible for keeping a complex, multi-system project on schedule.
  • Vendor & Partner Management: Coordinate with external implementation partners to ensure best practices and high-quality deliverables.
