  • Own the end-to-end release lifecycle for Salesforce and nCino platforms, including planning, blackout strategy, sandbox coordination, cutover execution, and post-go-live validation.
  • Lead by influence across product, engineering, QA, UAT, and business operations teams. Foster collaboration and resolve blockers without formal reporting lines.
  • Serve as the connective tissue between business and technology. Translate strategic goals into actionable plans, ensuring stakeholder alignment and readiness across all phases of delivery.
  • Drive Agile ceremonies, backlog refinement, sprint planning, and release readiness. Ensure compliance with internal governance, risk, and audit protocols.
  • Support Salesforce data refinement, user experience modernization, and integration efforts with platforms.
  • Maintain detailed project documentation, including technical and business plans, mock entry/exit reports, and contingency strategies for rollback.
  • Master's degree, or equivalent work experience.
  • 10 or more years of experience in project management activities.
  • Proven experience managing Salesforce release cycles in financial services or enterprise environments.
  • Strong background in Agile, hybrid delivery models, and stakeholder coordination.
  • Experience leading without authority in matrixed organizations.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud, nCino, and related integrations.
  • Excellent communication, risk management, and change leadership skills.
