About The Position

We are looking for a talented Project Manager - Sales to join our team in Sales from anywhere in the U.S. In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways: Lead multiple projects from initiation through completion, ensuring clear scope, objectives, and performance goals aligned with business priorities. Drive structured project planning sessions with cross-functional partners to define deliverables, timelines, and milestones that set projects up for success. Monitor progress against goals and timelines, proactively identifying issues and coordinating with stakeholders to implement timely resolutions. Manage project budgets , conduct research and analysis, and refine project plans based on data-driven insights. Assess and mitigate project risks using quality tools, presenting alternatives and solutions that keep work on track. Share lessons learned , capture project documentation, and leverage insights from other teams to continuously improve project outcomes. Allocate and guide resources effectively, coaching team members through project phases and providing developmental feedback to strengthen team capability. Partner closely with business stakeholders to ensure alignment, clear communication, and successful delivery of projects of varying size and complexity.

Requirements

College, university, or equivalent degree required.
This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.
Intermediate level of relevant work experience, including team leadership experience, required.
Knowledge of power generation products, ability to interface with contractors, consulting engineers, vendors, knowledge of codes, knowledge of technical documentation, and strong research capabilities needed.
Candidate must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Must possess strong organizational and planning skills and be capable of multi-tasking on a variety of complex tasks
Must be able to manage databases and reporting mechanisms for project milestones.
Must be data and process oriented/driven.
Must be able to work in a team environment with Sales, Production, Purchasing, Project Administration, Engineering and Service Team both within and outside of their account.
Must possess a good base of understanding of project financials.
Must quickly be able to build rapport with external stakeholders - client and trade partners.

Nice To Haves

Ability to review and understand design submittals preferred.
Previous experience in a new construction setting preferred.
