About The Position

Saber Power Services, a portfolio company of Greenbelt Capital Partners, is a fully integrated electrical power system services firm providing end-to-end solutions across utility, renewables and battery storage, industrial, petrochemical, and other markets. Based in Houston, Texas, Saber Power offers deep subject matter expertise and uses an engineering-led approach to designing, installing, testing, and maintaining medium and high-voltage electrical infrastructure. Job Summary: The Rotational Project Manager will gain hands-on experience across multiple departments, including engineering, construction, procurement, and field services, while supporting the execution of substation, oil & gas electrical facilities, and transmission projects. This role is designed to develop well-rounded project management professionals capable of leading complex projects from inception through completion. This rotational program is designed to provide exposure to all phases of project execution, with the goal of developing future Project Managers within Saber Power Services. Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Willingness to learn and adapt across multiple disciplines.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Project); experience with scheduling software is a plus.

Responsibilities

Support the planning, coordination, and execution of substation, power distribution, and transmission line projects across low, medium, and high voltage systems.
Rotate through key functional areas including project management, field operations, engineering, and procurement to gain a comprehensive understanding of project delivery.
Assist in managing project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.
Work closely with engineering, construction, and field teams to ensure project designs are constructible and aligned with execution plans.
Participate in project meetings, client communications, and coordination with vendors and subcontractors.
Support change management processes including tracking RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation.
Assist in cost tracking, forecasting, and reporting to ensure financial performance aligns with project goals.
Learn and apply project management tools, systems, and best practices used within Saber.
Develop an understanding of contract requirements, risk management, and quality control processes.
Provide support to senior project managers and leadership while progressively taking on increased responsibility.
