About The Position
The Project Manager of Revenue Operations at DaVita is tasked with leading transformation projects that support patient admissions. This role is pivotal in ensuring a seamless transition of care for patients, providers, and internal DaVita teammates involved in the admissions process. The Project Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and refining technology systems and admissions processes to align with key business objectives. This position requires collaboration with a team of highly motivated individuals who possess diverse backgrounds in consulting, technology, banking, and healthcare. The Project Manager will define best-in-class processes, develop requirements, and deliver new system capabilities. Additionally, this role involves coordinating with business analysts, process engineers, application developers, and other project managers, ensuring accountability for the content and delivery of their work. The position offers the flexibility to work fully remote or from DaVita's offices in Denver, CO, or Malvern, PA.
