Requirements

• Experience in roofing, construction, or exterior remodeling
• Ability to manage multiple jobs at once
• Strong communication with crews + homeowners
• Organized, detail-oriented, and accountable
• Comfortable working outdoors and on job sites
• Valid driver's license
• Able to climb ladders and access roofs
• Comfortable working in Florida weather

Nice To Haves

• Experience using AccuLynx
• Managed subcontractors and multiple crews
• Roofing-specific project management experience

Responsibilities

• Manage roofing projects from start to finish
• Coordinate crews, subs, materials, and timelines
• Keep jobs on schedule and up to quality standards
• Communicate directly with homeowners (set expectations, handle issues)
• Ensure clean, organized, and safe job sites
• Complete daily updates, photos, and notes in AccuLynx
