Responsibilities

• Retrasos en la ejecución de proyectos de retrofit y LM que ponen en riesgo la continuidad operativa del cliente, la integridad del producto y el cumplimiento regulatorio.
• Pérdida de ingresos de alto margen asociados a ciclos de modernización farmacéutica, programas LM y oportunidades de retrofit.
• Incapacidad para cumplir con los requisitos de calificación, control de cambios y documentación preparada para auditorías, esenciales en entornos GMP.
• Incremento de cuellos de botella operativos, sobrecarga del personal técnico y mayor exposición a desviaciones en seguridad, calidad y cumplimiento.
• Amplía la capacidad para capturar la demanda de retrofit y LM en la industria farmacéutica y otros sectores regulados.
• Refuerza la integración entre ventas, ingeniería, calidad, ciberseguridad, cadena de suministro y servicio en campo, asegurando una ejecución conforme y preparada para auditorías.
• Mejora la precisión en la planeación, el pronóstico de recursos, la gestión de mano de obra y la disponibilidad de materiales para alcances complejos de retrofit y LM.
• Incrementa la retención de clientes mediante una modernización más ágil, conforme y técnicamente robusta, alineada con los estándares GMP, expectativas de ciclo de vida e iniciativas de transformación digital.
• Este rol impacta directamente la generación de ingresos, el desempeño del servicio y los resultados del ciclo de vida al habilitar soluciones de retrofit conformes, programas LM para Controls, Fire y Security, actualizaciones impulsadas por cumplimiento, rutas de modernización digital y mejoras de la plataforma Metasys adaptadas a las operaciones farmacéuticas.
