The Project Manager for the Retail Bank Preservation Program is responsible for providing consulting services to financial services clients, focusing on the management of the Asset Preservation Program (APP). This role involves overseeing various small works, ADA upgrades, and infrastructure projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic business objectives. The position is remote but requires presence in the Southeast region of the US for site visits, with travel expectations of 20%-30%.

  • Manage all areas of project management for commercial real estate projects, including planning, design, construction, occupancy, and closeout.
  • Interface directly with clients to prepare project elements such as scope of work, resource requirements, cost estimates, budget, work plan schedule, quality control, and risk identification.
  • Define project delivery resources and conduct standard requests for proposals, complete bid evaluations, and recommend resources to clients.
  • Implement project documentation governance aligned with company and client requirements.
  • Ensure project data integrity and documentation is accurate, timely, and coordinated.
  • Build action plans to meet objectives, budget, and schedule, tracking project progress and reporting status and variances.
  • Identify project threats and develop risk mitigation and contingency plans, implementing strategies to reduce or eliminate risks.
  • Mentor others and share knowledge within the project management function.
  • Model behaviors consistent with CBRE RISE values and work to build consensus among stakeholders.
  • Currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred with 5-8 years of relevant experience; a combination of experience and education will be considered in lieu of a degree.
  • LEED AP, PMP, and/or CCM designation(s) preferred.
  • Proven experience with large-volume retail bank projects and clients is highly preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products including MS Project, Word, Excel, and Outlook; experience with PMWeb project management software is preferred.
  • General knowledge of leases, contracts, construction practices, and the ability to read architectural drawings.
  • Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mentality.
  • Experience in managing ADA upgrades and infrastructure projects.
  • Familiarity with project management software beyond PMWeb.
