About The Position

The Restoration Project Manager oversees all aspects of assigned restoration projects, ensuring effective management of resources, compliance with safety regulations, and high levels of customer satisfaction throughout the restoration process. This role involves both field and office management responsibilities, including personnel management, project scheduling, and quality control.

Requirements

• 3+ years of residential and commercial restoration experience preferred.
• 3+ years of project management experience preferred.
• IICRC certifications in water and smoke restoration required.
• Ability to travel in response to emergency and non-emergency losses across the nation.
• Effective communication skills with clients and internal/external contacts.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of restoration projects.
• Recruit and manage temporary labor sources in conjunction with the Project Coordinator.
• Respond to large losses with the first responder team.
• Ensure all demolition is clean, complete, and ready for rebuild.
• Conduct safety toolbox talks and ensure compliance with safety policies.
• Manage paperwork related to projects and ensure accuracy.
• Approve or reject invoices with proper communication to the Project Accountant.
• Develop and update project schedules as needed.
• Conduct monthly Game Plan meetings with direct reports.
• Ensure equipment is in working condition and ready for deployment.
• Directly supervise BluSky and Temporary Labor personnel on projects as required.
• Provide the highest level of customer service at all times.
