About The Position

We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Project Manager to lead residential remodeling and custom home projects from pre-construction through final completion. This role is responsible for planning, coordination, budget control, scheduling, and communication-ensuring every project is delivered to the highest standards of quality, transparency, and client satisfaction. The ideal candidate thrives in a collaborative design-build environment and brings both leadership and attention to detail to every phase of construction.

Requirements

5+ years proven experience managing residential remodeling and/or custom home projects
Strong understanding of construction sequencing, scheduling, and budgeting
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Detail-oriented, accountable, and solutions-focused leadership style

Nice To Haves

Experience working within a design-build environment preferred
Proficiency with construction management software (Buildertrend, Procore, CoConstruct, or similar)

Responsibilities

Lead residential construction projects from contract execution through closeout
Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and cost forecasts
Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, inspectors, and internal team members
Partner closely with architects and designers throughout pre-construction and build phases
Conduct job start meetings, weekly project check-ins, and client progress updates
Manage job costs, change orders, and purchasing to maintain financial control
Ensure adherence to plans, specifications, building codes, and quality standards
Proactively identify and resolve construction issues to minimize delays and risk
Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting
