About The Position

This entry to mid-level role offers an exciting opportunity to dive into the world of diagnostics and life sciences, where you'll orchestrate sponsor testing programs and coordinate global diagnostic initiatives that directly impact patient care. As the central point of contact, you'll collaborate with diverse teams—from R&D scientists and regulatory experts to ordering providers and logistics partners—while managing the complete lifecycle of customized patient sample collection kits and testing programs across multiple regions. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Sciences or related science discipline
  • A minimum 2 years of relevant experience performing project management activities
  • Experience Genomics and technology
  • Experience in the life sciences or diagnostics industries

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate communications with the Laboratory, Quality, Regulatory, Legal, Manufacturing, etc to define testing program needs and implement requirements based on program scope
  • Close working relationship with Business Development and Marketing to define program scope and support contract execution for both Customer testing programs and internal Marketing projects
  • Create, execute, and track program details, identify potential roadblocks early on and define risk mitigation
  • Manage and maintain business relationship with customer through reoccurring meetings, phone and email interactions (occasional face to face meetings required). Ability to develop a strong customer relationship, maintain a high level of customer service
  • Oversee the development of the program and direct point of contact post launch to ensure all aspects of the testing program are aligned for both internal and external requirements
  • Ability to work with diverse cross functional teams on a global platform
  • Support inventory management, including but not limited to, evaluating min/ max levels, reviewing and implementing design changes, reporting monthly usage and costs
  • Performs other special projects or duties as assigned by manager or leadership
