About The Position

You will act as a central point of contact between clients, field teams, and internal stakeholders while implementing technology tools and safety protocols. By managing documentation, tracking safety data, and supporting workforce development initiatives, you will directly contribute to creating safer, more efficient, and well-organized project environments. Requirements

• 3+ years of project management experience, ideally in construction, safety, or consulting.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and cloud-based project management or safety platforms.
• Familiarity with field operations and safety protocols is a plus.
• Must be a Filipino currently residing in the Philippines.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end project onboarding process, including organizing data and coordinating with field teams to deploy technology tools.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for client communications regarding project management and onboarding.
• Collaborate with internal teams on badging, credentialing, recruitment, and staffing for project-specific needs.
• Maintain and manage all project documentation, toolbox talk binders, and safety reports for accuracy, trends, and compliance.
• Capture and maintain safety data within internal reporting platforms.
• Provide on-site and remote safety consulting services to clients, supporting program development, implementation, and evaluation.
