Emerson is seeking a Project Manager to lead enterprise-wide initiatives that span regulatory compliance, cybersecurity, product development, and operational efficiency. This role will manage a portfolio of cross-functional projects involving engineering, quality, legal, compliance, and product management teams. The Project Manager will be responsible for building and executing project plans, establishing governance frameworks, and driving stakeholder alignment. A current focus includes supporting compliance with the EU Cyber Resilience Act (CRA), but the role is designed to flex across evolving business priorities and regulatory landscapes. In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be: Project Execution : Develop and execute project plans, align stakeholders, define requirements, and maintain schedules. Governance & Change Management : Establish governance standards, manage scope and schedule changes, and ensure project documentation is up to date. Performance & Risk Management : Assess project performance, manage risks with mitigation strategies, and document high-level risks. Team Leadership & Collaboration : Build team cohesion, foster relationships, and resolve conflicts to achieve consensus. Strategic Alignment & Global Perspective : Translate regulatory requirements into actionable plans, monitor developments, and apply global awareness. Training & Standards Development : Provide training, promote best practices, and contribute to global project management refinement. Who You Are: You balance planning with actions. For This Role, You Will Need: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field Two (2) or more years of experience in project management, preferably in manufacturing, engineering, or regulatory environments Strong working knowledge of project management principles, tools, and practices Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage initiatives Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills Strong communication, negotiation, and cross-functional collaboration skills Must be willing to travel as needed (estimated 10%) Legal authorization to work in the United States - Sponsorship will not be provided for this role
