About The Position

The Restoration Project Manager (RPM) is responsible for managing restoration projects for residential and commercial properties that have been affected by fire or flood. This role involves overseeing renovation processes, controlling budgets, and maintaining effective communication with property owners and subcontractors. The RPM is expected to build trust-based relationships, lead project teams, and ensure that all projects are completed to industry standards.

Requirements

• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Construction project management experience preferred; training provided for motivated candidates.
• Self-motivated, thrives in high-performance environments, and enjoys working with clients and tradespeople.

Responsibilities

• Meet sales, gross margin, and brand experience goals.
• Track project metrics bi-weekly.
• Confirm budgets and work orders before project start.
