Restoration Project Manager (RPM) Job Description Reports To : General Manager or Owner Role Summary : Manage restoration projects for residential and commercial properties post-fire or flood. Oversee renovation, budget control, and communication with owners and subcontractors. Build trust-based relationships, lead teams, and ensure project completion to industry standards. Key Responsibilities : Meet sales, gross margin, and brand experience goals. Track project metrics bi-weekly. Confirm budgets and work orders before project start. Ensure compliance with standards and regulations. Build relationships with customers and vendors. Participate in community events to enhance partnerships. Qualifications : Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. Construction project management experience preferred; training provided for motivated candidates. Self-motivated, thrives in high-performance environments, and enjoys working with clients and tradespeople.
