Project Manager – Rail, Structural & Liquid Terminal Infrastructure PSC Group is a leading provider of rail, terminal, and industrial services supporting petrochemical, manufacturing, and logistics customers across North America. As PSC continues to expand its rail storage, transload, liquid terminal, and railcar repair footprint, this role is critical to executing capital projects that safely enable growth, reliability, and long-term asset performance. The Project Manager – Rail, Structural & Liquid Terminal Infrastructure serves as PSC’s owner’s representative, responsible for planning, executing, and delivering complex rail-served infrastructure projects that integrate track, structures, and liquid handling systems in active industrial environments. Role Overview This role is accountable for end-to-end delivery of PSC’s rail, structural, and liquid terminal capital projects. Project scope includes rail yards and storage tracks, transload and liquid terminals, loading and unloading systems, piping and pumps, containment systems, foundations, structural steel, maintenance shops, and industrial buildings. The Project Manager coordinates closely with Business Development, Operations, Safety, Finance, Legal, railroads, engineers, contractors, and customers to ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and aligned with PSC’s operational and commercial objectives.
