This is a hybrid role, with on-site work required Monday through Wednesday and the flexibility to work remotely the remainder of the week.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum 4 years of relevant experience
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and complex timelines
Nice To Haves
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g. Microsoft Project, Smartsheet)
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent
- Experience in regulated or quality-driven environments
Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of project charters, management plans, and detailed Gantt charts
- Define project scope with stakeholders and create structured work breakdowns to guide execution
- Monitor project budgets and ensure costs remain within approved limits
- Develop and maintain quality and risk management plans using industry-standard tools
- Assign and manage project team resources, clearly defining roles and deliverables
- Build and execute stakeholder and communication management plans
- Provide performance feedback to functional managers and support team development
