About The Position

We are looking for a talented Project Manager – Quality to join our team specializing in quality for our Cummins’ business in Columbus, IN.
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
Drive complex projects from start to finish, turning ideas into fully executed deliverables by defining scope, setting objectives, and keeping all stakeholders aligned.
Establish measurable goals and milestones that provide clarity, accountability, and visibility into project progress, ensuring every initiative has a quantifiable path to success.
Identify and resolve project risks and issues early, using Quality tools, data analysis, and structured problem solving to maintain momentum and avoid delays.
Elevate communication and transparency by using data visualization and project management tools to provide clear, timely updates to sponsors, leadership, and cross functional teams.
Optimize resources and team coordination, ensuring the right people are assigned to the right tasks while guiding and coaching team members through each project phase.
Manage budgets and analyze project data to support informed decision making, validate assumptions, and ensure efficient use of time and resources.
Improve organizational project management maturity by documenting lessons learned, sharing best practices, and applying insights from past initiatives to strengthen future project outcomes.
Create accessible digital project documentation and systems, maintaining organized records that support seamless collaboration, faster onboarding, and long term project continuity.
