About The Position

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Project Manager to oversee multiple complex Q-SYS programming projects. In this role, you will coordinate timelines, deliverables, and communication across internal teams and clients to ensure seamless execution of professional service engagements. You’ll manage all aspects of project delivery—from contract review and scheduling to deployment and post-implementation support—while maintaining the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction. This position offers the opportunity to collaborate with global technical teams and drive impactful AV and control solutions for diverse enterprise environments.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications or related field preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in commercial AV project management, programming services, or manufacturer technical support.
  • Familiarity with Q-SYS technologies and AV systems, including control, audio, and video distribution.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with proven ability to manage evolving project timelines.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex information and align client expectations.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with SOWs, contracts, and legal documentation such as MSAs and fixed/T&M agreements is a plus.
  • Recognized certifications (AVIXA, Q-SYS, PMI, AQAV) highly valued.
  • Calm and proactive demeanor under pressure, with a passion for client success and technology adoption.

Responsibilities

  • Manage multiple concurrent Q-SYS programming projects, ensuring all deliverables, documentation, and timelines are met.
  • Analyze contractual requirements to define milestones, coordinate resources, and ensure successful project execution.
  • Lead customer meetings, deployment schedules, and site readiness sessions with professionalism and technical insight.
  • Develop and maintain project tracking tools using platforms such as Microsoft Teams, Smartsheets, Excel, and Salesforce.
  • Write and review Statements of Work (SOWs), Change Orders, and completion documents to ensure contractual compliance.
  • Oversee scheduling and resource utilization for a high-performing team of programmers and commissioning engineers.
  • Track warranty periods, manage deficiency reports, and collaborate with post-sales support teams to resolve technical issues.
  • Uphold a balance of assertiveness and customer service while driving projects to completion under dynamic conditions.
