As a Project Manager (Public Works), you will report to the Senior Project Manager and be responsible for managing, leading, and overseeing all team activities related to public works projects. This includes production documents, client management, internal team management, and project financials. You will develop project timelines, establish workflows, and prepare contracts and proposals, ensuring that all project objectives are met. Your role will involve serving as the primary client contact, monitoring project health, and coordinating all project activities to ensure successful outcomes. You will also be responsible for resource management, quality assurance, and mentoring team members. This position requires strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with clients, sub-consultants, and internal teams. You will participate in strategic initiatives, evaluate company practices for continuous improvement, and represent EPS at industry events. The role may require attending project team and public meetings after hours, and you will manage projects with budgets ranging from $350k to $1.0M, overseeing up to 3+ staff members.
