Amentum is currently seeking a qualified candidate to serve as a Project Manager (Assistant Program Manager Acquisition) to support a Product Manager (PdM) from Program Manager Transportation System (PM TS), Program Executive Office Combat Support and Combat Service Support (PEO CS&CSS). This position will manage the development and production processes of acquisition programs that are planned and currently being processed, make updates to existing systems to address and obsolescence situations, and produce and deliver new or upgrades systems to meet Army and Foreign Military Sales (FMS) delivery and delivery of products to fielded Army units or units in training. This position is in the office daily at the Detroit Arsenal in Warren, MI. Occasional travel may be required, consisting of about 3 days per trip (up to 15% of the time but is typically much less).
