The candidate will monitor and control project activities from initiation through delivery, ensuring that all aspects of the project are managed effectively. Responsibilities include planning and execution tasks such as scope, scheduling, budgeting, costing, resource, risk, and issue management. The role requires continuous assessment of project health, anticipating risks, and developing effective mitigation plans. The candidate will also collect and analyze data to create effective written status reports and engage stakeholders proactively, providing timely and transparent project status updates. Additionally, the candidate will work with management across different operating functions to identify and obtain necessary resources for project staffing, direct project team activities, and contribute to process development as needed. Conducting lessons learned meetings at the end of projects is also part of the role.
