About The Position

As a project leader at Stryker Corporation, you will be responsible for leading the team in the development of the project charter and management plan. Your role will involve directing, managing, monitoring, and controlling the project while evaluating tradeoffs within it. You will meet with project stakeholders to understand and refine the project scope, and review it with your manager for approval. Additionally, you will create a detailed Work Breakdown Structure and develop and manage the detailed project Gantt chart. Analyzing the critical path and major workstreams will be part of your responsibilities, as well as developing a risk management plan for the project. You will identify, analyze, and understand project risks, and develop and monitor a risk response plan.

Requirements

• University degree in engineering (or similar).
• Experience in regulated industries, such as medical devices or pharmaceuticals.
• Understanding of manufacturing processes and quality tools such as FMEA, CAPA, PPAP, validations, and inspections.
• Knowledge of standards such as ISO 13485.
• Advanced English communication skills.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with Process Flow Mapping (PFM) or process risk assessment.
• Experience with non-conformity management.
