About The Position

Regal Brands has an opportunity available for a Project Manager to own our new product launches and product rollouts as part of our team in Denver, Colorado. This position offers an anticipated starting salary of $80,000 annually, plus bonus opportunities, and is eligible for our full benefits package, including health, dental, life, and 401(k). The workweek for this position in full-time Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM, and is based on-site at our facility near I-70 and Monaco. The Regal Brands family of companies produces decorative hardware products ranging from vintage interior door handle sets to hinges and cabinet hardware, representing a wide range of styles and décor. The Project Manager will own managing new product launches, including building out projects with phases and phase gates, keeping up-to-date timelines, and holding regular project meetings with necessary contributors and stakeholders. The Project Manager will own providing the planning, execution, and performance tracking of new product launches. You will work with a cross-functional team of stakeholders including our project development, project engineering, sales, marketing, programming, executive leadership, customer service, and warehouse teams.

Requirements

  • 4 years of experience in product management, specifically within ecommerce product launches and rollouts, or;
  • 4 years of relevant education with a PMP certification (Project Management Professional (PMP)).
  • Experience building out new projects with dependencies in PM software.
  • Experience providing regular executive summaries with project updates to executives and stakeholders.
  • Experience creating, managing, and updating Gantt charts.
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies, preferably with new product launches, or Agile/Scrum, waterfall, etc.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with managing projects in Asana.
  • Experience with e-commerce platforms, especially Shopify.

Responsibilities

  • Provide clear, consistent project updates to executive team and all stakeholders on projects.
  • Escalate issues proactively with recommended solutions.
  • Developing and executing go-to-market strategies for new products, including continuous improvement of launch roadmaps.
  • Own end-to-end execution of new product development projects.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and milestones.
  • Drive accountability across cross-functional teams.
  • Identify risks early and lead mitigation strategies.
  • Collaborate with Product Development, Engineering, Supply Chain, Quality, Operations, Sales, Marketing, and 3rd Party Vendors.
  • Facilitate regular project meetings and status updates.
  • Coordinate with Operations to ensure smooth transition to production.
  • Managing SKU setup, categorization and tracking across systems.
  • Collect information and coordinate with all departments to keep projects on-schedule.
  • Collecting and coordinating marketing materials, including photography and technical schematics.
  • Ensuring product availability, uniformity, and accuracy across multiple ecommerce outlets.
  • Tracking adoption and sales performance across multiple e-commerce platforms.
  • Reporting on launch performance metrics and insights.
