Requirements

• Min 5 years of experience in Project Management / Product Management / Program Management
• Deep expertise in Project Management frameworks and business processes.
• Proven track record of managing large-scale projects with minimal management oversight.
• Advanced ability to translate complex problems into actionable solutions.
• Typically requires advanced education and significant professional experience in a senior-level capacity.

Nice To Haves

• Go to marketing (GTM) related experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and execution of large, interrelated projects, defining resource requirements, individual responsibilities, and integrated schedules.
• Identify and resolve highly complex technical or procedural obstacles, utilizing advanced business knowledge to mitigate risks before they impact project health.
• Champion internal and external quality standards (e.g., ISO) across all project phases, ensuring deliverables meet rigorous organizational benchmarks.
• Serve as a lead mentor to P-level colleagues by reviewing work quality, coaching on best practices, and strategically delegating tasks to optimize team performance.
• Cross-functional team coordination
